A Code of Ethics and Rules of Procedures lay down the guidelines surrounding confidentiality, transparency, and conflict of interest, while decision-making and oversight are entrusted to the:

  • Remuneration committee.
  • Strategic committee.
  • Ethics and compliance committee.

Corporate culture is not only shaped by senior management decisions but is also influenced by the interaction between employees, customers, and stakeholders making it important to involve them in the culture-building process.

Sonaca has also established a Group Gift Policy applicable to employees, officers, and directors of Sonaca, its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide, as well as third parties acting on behalf of any member of Sonaca Group.
